Job Description:
Contract duration: 12 months
DESCRIPTION:
Provide support to CAD Administrator in resolving CAD user problems. Support will be for both software and hardware.
HARD REQUIREMENTS:
PDM/PLM/DB Implementation and support ability, ie. System Automation and Control
Must be familiar with Catia V5 environment configuration settings and control
Must be able to work with PC hardware
BENEFICIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to install CAD (Catia V5 and Siemens NX) software
Working knowledge of CAD software
Adept at diagnosing and resolving CAD model problems
Working knowledge of Catia V5
Working knowledge of Siemens NX
Knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM), preferably VPM NAVI
Knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) concepts
Automotive powertrain knowledge
Chassis design knowledge
Unix knowledge (AIX and Sun, in particular)
Knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
Kinematics
Able to speak/write Japanese
